Ken is always a leader and/or pioneer in either new technology or distribution channels. He is very tenacious and achieves goals that he normally sets for himself. I enjoyed calling on him as he was an open book to new ideas. Definitely, not a pushover. But, certainly pleasant to deal with at all times.
